Warner Bros Motion Picture Imaging partners India's Prasad Corp to provide post and restoration services

India: Warner Bros. Motion Picture Imaging and India's Prasad Corp have partnered to provide digital post production and restoration services to Indian, Hollywood and international film companies.
Companies will combine resources, skills and capacity, as well as establish a dedicated high speed line for content transfer between the respective companies’ Burbank and Chennai facilities. Restoration of 1962 romance flick How the West was Won shot by Cinerama is already underway in India.
Prasad’s facility has capabilities to handle post production for material of up to 2K and 4K and given the time difference between the two companies, the partners will be able to work on projects 24-hours a day.
