Imira Entertainment clinches pre-sales for ATF offerings

19 November 2007

Imira Entertainment, (formerly Icon Animation) a Spanish production and distribution company specializing in youth programming, sealed a number of pre-sales deals for its ATF offerings.
From Imira’s third party slate, Rat Man (52x13’) was sold to HBO Family Channel Asia as part of a pan-Asia agreement; while TV, home video and VOD rights to Olympics-themed Go!Go!Pig (52x2’) for Taiwan were picked up by Taiwan’s Power International Group.
Imira Entertainment-produced healthy-eating series Vitaminix (104x2’) was acquired by RTM Malaysia, and a licensing and merchandising deal for animation series Lola & Virginia (52x12’) was signed with Empire International for Southeast East Asia, following the show’s high ratings on Nickelodeon Asia.
