iTherapy debuts TV and film production resource online

Brighton, UK – UK-based digital agency iTherapy Ltd has launched Reel Show, www.reel-show.tv, an online TV channel to offer original content and information on film and TV production for industry creatives.
Content includes behind-the-scenes film set footage, independent product tests and reviews by filmmakers, as well as debate and discussion programs. Shows covers various aspects of the creative process including production of short films, features, TV programs and commercials, and will include information on lighting, cinematography, audio, visual effects and editing provided by industry professionals, along with interviews with filmmakers from around the world. The Reel Show is free for registered viewers and new original programming will be added each month.
Currently available is Reel Show Question Time, a debate show on issues in the film and TV industry, with the first episode featuring panelists Rodney Charters ASC, DOP from Fox's 24, and Geoff Boyle cinematographer and film equipment specialist. Other panel shows include a 3D special on stereoscopic filmmaking. Also available is an on-set making of for 3D movie Dark Country along with interviews with Lawrence of Arabia editor Anne Coates; makers of the first short filmed using CCTV cameras; director and animator of BBCs Attila the Hun; and makers of the first feature using the Sony EX1 camera. Reviews of cameras include the Canon HV20, Sony F23, Sony EX1, Grass Valley Infinity, Red One, Arri D-20, and the new Panasonic HPX3000.
Upcoming programming include interviews with the Dreamworks team responsible for animation feature Kung Fu Panda, on-set test of the Dalsa D-21 on a David Fincher shoot, behind-the-scenes of new Bond movie Quantum of Solace with special effects DP David Stump, and an interview with the creative team at CBS Digital who have completed updating all the FX on the second original series of Star Trek for the high definition DVD release.
