Singapore – StarHub and SPE Networks-Asia will launch AXN spin-off channel AXN Beyond on StarHub Digital Cable from May 27, 2008. Singapore becomes AXN Beyond’s third territory, adding to Hong Kong’s now TV and SkyCable in the Philippines.

AXN Beyond offers a mix of programming across genres including sci-fi, mystery, fantasy, horror, suspense, paranormal, and supernatural. Shows include dramas Lost and Supernatural, mystery and fantasy series Pushing Daisies, as well as classic titles such as The X-Files and Buffy The Vampire Slayer. Movies and animation series are also in the pipeline.

StarHub will offer a six day free preview of AXN beyond from May 27 to June 1, 2008, during which StarHub Digital Cable customers using the HubStation, digital or HD set-top box can access AXN Beyond for free. Details on signing up for AXN Beyond with StarHub Digital Cable are to be announced.
