Fox International Channels looks to MEASAT-3 for expansion

Kuala Lumpur – Fully-owned NewsCorp subsidiary Fox International Channels is to distribute its FOXCRIME and FX channels to PayTV operators across Asia Pacific, the Middle-East and Africa via the MEASAT-3 satellite platform.Zubin Gandevia, managing director and executive vice president of FoxInternational Channels Asia said, “Our partnership with MEASAT has given us theopportunity to introduce our Fox Crime and FX channels much more readily throughout Asia Pacific, India, the Middle East and Africa, thus bringing more viewers closer to these channels….”Currently available in Singapore and Hong Kong, entertainment channel Fox Crime is dedicated to crime and investigation. Fox Crime’s Asia premieres this season include Dexter 2, The Killpoint, NCIS, Burn Notice, Brotherhood and the CSI franchise.Male-skewed FX features Asia premieres including Peep Show, Californication, The Riches, Saving Grace, Mad Men and Alias.
