Asia-Pacific - FilmLight, a leading provider of digital film and video technology, has appointed Richard Senior as product specialist. He is based in FilmLight’s Singapore office and will support clients throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
Senior will provide installation assistance, technical support and training for the entire FilmLight product range - Northlight film scanners, Baselight colour grading and finishing systems, and Truelight colour management technology.
“We are very pleased to have someone of Richard’s talent and experience to take on this very important role,” said Scott Craig, managing director of FilmLight Singapore. “Quality service and support are hallmarks of FilmLight, and Richard has a deep commitment to helping clients get the most out of their technology.”
“It’s an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking company whose products have gained widespread acceptance and respect throughout the film and television industries,” said Senior of his new role with FilmLight. “I am especially excited to be able to work with FilmLight products in Asian markets, where there is enormous potential for growth.”
FilmLight opened its sales and support office in Singapore last year in order to provide direct and timely service to its increasing client base and the company’s products are currently in use in more than 50 top post-production facilities throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
