GDC Technology wins contract to deploy 100 digital cinema systems for China Film Group Corporation

Hong Kong - GDC Technology (GDC), a world leading digital cinema solution provider announced that it has won a contract to deploy 100 digital cinema projection systems for China Film Group Corporation (CFGC), the largest state-run film enterprise in China. The deployment of all 100 digital cinema projection systems in major cities of China is expected to be completed within the next three months. The DCI-2000 Digital Cinema Integrated Projection System, which consists of GDC's SA-2100 Digital Cinema Server and Barco's DLP Cinema(r) Projector, will be adopted in this deployment. "We feel honored to have won yet another major deployment contract from China Film Group," said Dr Man- Nang Chong, founder and CEO of GDC Technology. "The signing of this contract will further enhance the already high level of cooperation and partnership between GDC and CFGC. We hope to maintain this strong tie and benefit together as the digital cinema market grows in China."
