Cutting Edge goes all out for 'Wild Health' Coca-Cola Zero TVC.
Brisbane, Australia - Cutting Edge announced the production of ‘Wild Health' for Coca-Cola Zero. The fourth installment in the ‘Wild Health' campaign for Coca-Cola Zero, features Japanese pop-megastar Namie Amuro racing against seven killer female robots all riding the hottest motorcycles ever conceived. Amuro provides a stunning performance as she challenges the robots to a ‘hell ride' across a futuristic desert. The Coca-Cola ‘Wild Health' TV spots are legendary for their cult following throughout Japan. This VFX intensive project drew upon talent from across Cutting Edge's Japanese and Australian operations. Cutting Edge's VFX Supervisor, Colin Renshaw and his team in Brisbane, rose to new heights as they strived to create the best ‘Wild Health' spot ever. “The Cutting Edge VFX team was fully involved in the project from very early stage. We collaborated together with the Denstu creative team in Japan from concept design and technical plans for the shoot of Amuro in Tokyo. From concept design to delivery, there were over 20 artists involved at Cutting Edge - all talented, and specialists for each specific role. This project was so large in scale with limited production time that everything needed to be planned precisely. This project reached its full creative potential, due to the passion and creative artistry found at Cutting Edge,” said Takeshi Takada, executive producer Cutting Edge. “In addition to the TV spot, we are very excited that our designs and creativity will also be seen in Japan, across 3D stereoscopic cinemas, the web, Japanese print and OOH campaigns as part of the roll-out for Coca-Cola Zero.”
