Image Systems solves Asia-Pacific market

Swedish production and post-production solution facility Image Systems, which merged with Digital Vision earlier in the year, has set up a new arm of Image Systems Asia in Singapore, in a move to expand its presence in the region.

The company has also been appointed the licensed regional reseller, expanding its reach further into the continent, from the Middle East and India to Southeast Asia and Australia.

Since its inception less than a year ago, Image Systems Asia has sold the Golden Eye film scanner to major film and post-production companies across Asia, among which are Pixion, an Indian state-of-the-art post-production facility that also offers film restoration, and Render Post, an Indonesian animation studio which is now a full post-production facility, and Changchun Film Laboratory through China Film Equipment Corporation (CFEC), a nationwide film equipment trading company affiliated directly to the State Administration of Radio, Film & Television.
