Taiwan’s Xanthus Digital Picture Ltd wins Superpitch HD

Taiwan’s Xanthus Digital Picture Ltd. emerged as the winner of SuperPitch HD with their proposed animated entry entitled Yameme.

The event saw spirited presentations by production houses from Thailand, China, Malaysia and Taiwan, with HD-compliant, original concepts for contention.

Contestants had five minutes to present their ideas and were subjected to a further five minutes of Q&A by a panel of six judges.

Organized by trade publications Television Asia Plus and Asia Image, SuperPitch HD was held on 11 December as part of the Asia Television Forum at Suntec City.
