The Playroom expands management team

Sydney — The Playroom today announced that industry heavyweights Patch Khan and Cora Spear have joined their senior management team. Khan joins The Playroom as Broadcast and Media Services Director, while Spear as Business Development Director.

Tom Kennedy, Managing Director of The Playroom, said, “We have a very aggressive expansion strategy... In order to further this strategy we need the best talent and expertise and I’m delighted to say that Patch and Cora are the perfect additions to our team in order to help us achieve our goals.”

The companies Khan has worked for at a senior level within the industry across the region include TNT, Cartoon Network, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Showtime/Gulf DTH and Discovery Networks Asia Pacific.

Spear brings over 15 years multi-platform experience to The Playroom including content and digital production. He has worked with advertising agencies including Ogilvy, McCann Erickson and Beyond Film.
